THE RACK PACK @ THE H-TOWN SNEAKER SUMMIT. PIC FROM THE HOUSTON CHRONICLE..... WE MADE THE PAPER!!!!!!!!!!!!! The H-Town Sneaker Summit has become Houston’s longest running event of its kind, where only the finest sneakers and other rare items are displayed for heads to gawk, cop or drool over. We were lucky enough to have our peeps there to represent! Shout out to Hawk. Keep doin' ya thing Boss! Lol. Bun B was in the house, he gave a banging performance. Its a nice venue to get ya products on the map. The next Summit will be hosted in August 2009. We will be there in 09 with fire!

New 1st Lady Style

After months of speculation, our new 1st Lady did the right thing and wore an amazing dress designed by young talent! Which gives us starving designers hope for the future! The 1st Lady also proved people wrong by not wearing some big name designers' gown that cost crazy amounts of money. I think she made this choice to prove a point.

I mean she didn't go to a thrift store anything, but I think she was reasonable for this historical event. The custom made look is made of ivory silk chiffon and embellished with organza rosettes, Swarovski crystal rhinestones and silver thread embroidery. The new First Lady accessorized with diamond chandelier earrings, a white gold and diamond ring, and a stack of diamond bangles. I personally didn't like the dress at the first ball they attended- however later in the night the true beauty of the dress shined through! I think it was the lighting or something that made the dress look funny on TV. But it was beautiful.

The designer's name is Jason Wu- he's a young designer however he isn't a nobody! He started designing clothing for Barbie dolls...isn't that crazy! And moved his way up to design amazing couture creations! He is definitely going to get his props now! So what did you think of Michelle Obama's gown?

Hello Kitty- Meooooooooooooow!

No offense boys...this is for the ladies! What is it about "Hello Kitty"? For all of us girly girls out there, you know you love a diamond hello kitty charm necklace! Or a "Hello Kitty" clutch purse! There is just something so stylish about this cute cartoon "character". Besides Miss Kitty you know we love make-up! Not just any make up but the famous, M.A.C. cosmetic line! I luv their lip gloss. It lasts soooooooo freakin' long! Pick some up at your nearest M.A.C. counter! $15 and it last a lifetime...Lol! But anyway, MAC is launching Hello Kitty (and Hello Kitty Couture ooh la la) in February! Omg! Its a line of make-up products with the kitty logo branded all over it in a classy way! I mean come on, Hello Kitty is oh so innocent but naughty at the same time! Meoooooooooooooow! Lol! I don't have much information on this project because its so hush hush! But my fashion bible, Nylon let the secret out the bag! Just keep a look out for this these hot products!

New Primadonna On The Block- Tami Chynn

OMG! Eventhough I absolutely hate Akon (his voice is so freakin' annoying), I was checking out one of his music videos and notice this flyy ass primadonna. She has so much swagg. I thought she was just a video girl, but to my surprise she is an up and coming music artist. Her name is Tami Chynn. At first glance she seems like a Cali girl or something...lol...but she is from Kingston, Jamaica...and her style is dope...her music style is a mix of Jamaica dancehall, Beyonce, Madonna, and Gwen Stefani...check her out. My favorite song is called "Frozen" - the beat is hott. Miss Tami was introduced to Akon in 2007 and started making music...so the only bad thing is that when we hear her music we will have to hear Akon...am I the only person in the world who is wondering why the hell he is so famous? I mean his beats are hot but he shouldn't be on the song too. Uhhhhhhh! Let me shut up! Lol! Just check out Tami Chynn...I think she is going to be the next "Pop Princess"!
