NEW ARTIST- NATASHA FROM JERSEY

So there is this chick named, Natasha who is declaring her place in the music industry! She is coming with a bang for real. She sings,raps, and dances...She was introduced to producer Rodney Jerkins and blew him away. He signed her after her first and only audition! She is a triple threat as they call them! I saw her video for "Sidekick" on MTV Jams and was like she is aight. Lol! Not to bad mouth anyone but she reminds me of Ciara and how she came on the scene and made sure she wasn't going to be a one hit wonder. They definitely have the same style.Check her out!on her myspace page!




This is "So Sick" ft. The Clipse. It's a dope song. The beat is hot, the Clipse are always on point, and the beat is definitely rockin'. I personally like Tasha's rap voice better than her singing...but its cool. What do you think of her?

BEYONCE VS. CIARA- "DIVA" SONG HYPE

Damn it! Lol! Please tell me yall have heard about this crazy beef between Beyonce and Ciara. Or should I say between Beyonce FANS AND Ciara FANS! First of all, let me say that this controversy was probably planned to help Ciara's upcoming album. It's like a "50 Cent Vs. Kanye" stunt. And we all know Ciara and 50 are dating so he probably gave her the business advice to do the remix of Beyonce's "Diva" song. I can understand the drama behind it because we rarely see R&B artist do a mixed tape (Ciara's Fantasy Ride mix tape which should be out soon). Its pretty common amongst rap artists but not R&B artists. But anyway, my personal opinion is that Beyonce's version is the best and I'm ashamed of Ciara for coming out with a "bad remix" of the song. I could care less about her doing the song over. But if you are going to do a dope song over please make it better not worse. Damn! Lol. I was reading comments people posted about Ciara copying and shit, and I think its ridiculous. I mean come on, Beyonce didn't write the song, and she definitely didn't cook up the beat. So her contributions were singing the shit out the lyrics with so much swagg and making a dope ass video! Which is a lot of work but she doesn't take all the credit for the song. Whoever wrote the lyrics and made that beat is genius! But to join the dramatic fans- when I first heard Beyonce's DIVA song the first thing I thought was she was copping Ciara's style- the video, her actions and everything and even the way she was singing. And when listening to the words I was like damn Beyonce is referring to somebody...maybe its Ciara. And then when I seen Beyonce put fire to "her clones" in the back of that car (I wish I could post the video but you can't for copyright reason or something) I really assumed she was saying all music artists are trying to be like her. This was before I even knew Ciara did a remix. I went onto Ciara's myspace page and notice "DIVA REMIX" on her music player and I was like oh my gosh...Ciara must of responded to Beyonce. Lol. Ciara talking about "a lotta people talkin ish but i don't really give a ish" lmao! If this is staged or not- its very interesting to me! What about you? Check out both versions below! The H-Town Sneaker Summit has become Houston’s longest running event of its kind, where only the finest sneakers and other rare items are displayed for heads to gawk, cop or drool over. We were lucky enough to have our peeps there to represent! Shout out to Hawk. Keep doin' ya thing Boss! Lol. Bun B was in the house, he gave a banging performance. Its a nice venue to get ya products on the map. The next Summit will be hosted in August 2009. We will be there in 09 with fire!

New 1st Lady Style

After months of speculation, our new 1st Lady did the right thing and wore an amazing dress designed by young talent! Which gives us starving designers hope for the future! The 1st Lady also proved people wrong by not wearing some big name designers' gown that cost crazy amounts of money. I think she made this choice to prove a point.

I mean she didn't go to a thrift store anything, but I think she was reasonable for this historical event. The custom made look is made of ivory silk chiffon and embellished with organza rosettes, Swarovski crystal rhinestones and silver thread embroidery. The new First Lady accessorized with diamond chandelier earrings, a white gold and diamond ring, and a stack of diamond bangles. I personally didn't like the dress at the first ball they attended- however later in the night the true beauty of the dress shined through! I think it was the lighting or something that made the dress look funny on TV. But it was beautiful.

The designer's name is Jason Wu- he's a young designer however he isn't a nobody! He started designing clothing for Barbie dolls...isn't that crazy! And moved his way up to design amazing couture creations! He is definitely going to get his props now! So what did you think of Michelle Obama's gown?

Hello Kitty- Meooooooooooooow!

No offense boys...this is for the ladies! What is it about "Hello Kitty"? For all of us girly girls out there, you know you love a diamond hello kitty charm necklace! Or a "Hello Kitty" clutch purse! There is just something so stylish about this cute cartoon "character". Besides Miss Kitty you know we love make-up! Not just any make up but the famous, M.A.C. cosmetic line! I luv their lip gloss. It lasts soooooooo freakin' long! Pick some up at your nearest M.A.C. counter! $15 and it last a lifetime...Lol! But anyway, MAC is launching Hello Kitty (and Hello Kitty Couture ooh la la) in February! Omg! Its a line of make-up products with the kitty logo branded all over it in a classy way! I mean come on, Hello Kitty is oh so innocent but naughty at the same time! Meoooooooooooooow! Lol! I don't have much information on this project because its so hush hush! But my fashion bible, Nylon let the secret out the bag! Just keep a look out for this these hot products!

New Primadonna On The Block- Tami Chynn

OMG! Eventhough I absolutely hate Akon (his voice is so freakin' annoying), I was checking out one of his music videos and notice this flyy ass primadonna. She has so much swagg. I thought she was just a video girl, but to my surprise she is an up and coming music artist. Her name is Tami Chynn. At first glance she seems like a Cali girl or something...lol...but she is from Kingston, Jamaica...and her style is dope...her music style is a mix of Jamaica dancehall, Beyonce, Madonna, and Gwen Stefani...check her out. My favorite song is called "Frozen" - the beat is hott. Miss Tami was introduced to Akon in 2007 and started making music...so the only bad thing is that when we hear her music we will have to hear Akon...am I the only person in the world who is wondering why the hell he is so famous? I mean his beats are hot but he shouldn't be on the song too. Uhhhhhhh! Let me shut up! Lol! Just check out Tami Chynn...I think she is going to be the next "Pop Princess"!
